Juan came out within a couple hours of my initial cry for help! He knew immediately why the compressor wasn't running. He changed the part, and I found his price to be fair. He was polite, professional and honest, and I will try him first in the future should I need additional repairs. I am considering hiring him to install a second unit in my home. (I really liked that he was willing to give a free estimate before any repairs were agreed upon.)
