At eight o’clock at night I noticed that the temperature in my house was not dropping despite the thermostat being set to 68 deg F. I checked outside and realized that my condenser fan unit was not running. As you can imagine many different worst case scenarios ran through my mind. I google searched a/c repair and the overwhelmingly positive reviews for Majano Heating and A/C stood out. I called Mr. Majano at 7:30 am the next morning and he was at my house at 8:30 am. He quickly troubleshot the condenser and eliminated that as the problem. A few moments later he was in the attic troubleshooting the circuit board. In almost no time at all he discovered and repaired a wiring terminal fault which got the condenser up and running.Mr. Juan Majano is a consummate professional and I highly recommend his services for any HVAC repairs or service needs you may have.
